Our history

Hall Farm Conservation began with the development of Little Walk Cottage, a conversion of a redundant stable. Following that, Marris Cottage, a small brick and pantile former shepherd’s cottage was added to the portfolio in 2009. Then The Stable Wing was prepared for business-only lets in 2010 – it has a wonderful view!

Marris Barn (our flagship property) was the next to be completed in 2012, with assistance from EMDA. Then in 2015 we began work on Beach Cottage, in Anderby Creek. It has metamorphosised into a coastal gem, and enjoys breath-taking views out to sea.

2017 saw the arrival of The Top Lodge as a second property providing business accommodation. At peak holiday times this can also become more holiday accommodation.

Then in 2019, we diversified again and began to accommodate guests looking for a venue to host a Wedding Blessing or those wanting to celebrate and renew their vows. Also in 2019 Marris House was added to our business let portfolio.
